I "met" my blog friend Lisa in about September 2008 on SCS not long after I took up this stamping hobby. At the time she lived about 2000 km from me in Brisbane . We gradually became both blog and facebook friends. But, just before Christmas last year , Lisa and her family sold their home and embarked on the adventure of travelling around Australia and at the moment are in Melbourne, where I live! So yesterday, we got to be "real life" friends too -when I went to her house for a day of fun stamping!! What a great day we had!- as well as lots of chatting- I finished 4 cards, stamped off some images I did not own and best of all got to play with her big shot!.(..so now I will be ready for all those future "white on white" challenges!!)
This is one of the cards I made using this week's fabby and intriguing Techno Stamper lunchtime sketch ( #174 ) and using a colour combo I learned from Susan R and really like - Baja Breeze and More Mustard

I love your story Robyn! We really do live in a small world! Of course I'm expecting you round for crafting when you do your trip to the other side of the world and if a major miracle happens to me on the holiday front I'll be looking you up too!
