If you need to make a card with a special number on it then this week's "Fall to Layout" (#248)is a good one for you! All you need is some age/gender appropriate DSP and a number and you are just about done.Thanks for the inspiration Lisa (see her fab teenage version here)
This DSP is another one from the pack that I won last week- not my usual choice but it is pretty and perfect for an older lady I think .
Now I bet you are wondering why I put the number "91" on my card? Well it is for my mum who is the biggest fan of everything I make- even when I don't think it is worth being a fan of ! She will love it even though I forgot to add the scallop border to the sentiment panel Lol!
Last year, her 90th birthday was one week after our big move to Queensland and I did well, I think, to even MAKE IT !! to her party in Sydney...but I was really not able to make her a special card.
So I thought she might like one for her next birthday which will be in September.....which is really not that far away....can you believe I have lived in Queensland for nearly 1 year??? I can't!
