Pink Paisley

My little card today uses sketch # 144 from the Dutch Card Lovers Blog-So happy to finally be able to join in with you lovely girls again! (I have been rather busy lately selling my house!) Its other inspiration comes from the Skipping Stones Design Challenge # 135   . The Skipping Stones girls are trying something new this month. Usually they just give us a sketch to work with but this month they are trying something new and giving us inspiration pics.I did not choose the flags (as I am an Aussie!) but the design on the flag container reminded me of this pink paisley DSP that I had in my stash. I also used the little bird  that you can see in the bottom left hand corner as the inspiration for using my fave bird punch in the centre square of the sketch.. I added the lacy corner cut from a doiley to cover a mistake- gotta love those "Embellishment Opportunities" !!
