This card was inspired by the dress of a little girl that I saw at church last Sunday! It was so pretty that I went straight away to my bag and found a paper and pen to draw a picture so that I wouldn't forget! This inspiration fitted perfectly with the latest Annabelle "Say it with" challenge- this time we have to use background stamps- something which I have previously put in the "too hard"/"sure to mess it up" basket. I had asked Andrea for a tutorial on this...but instead we got a challenge!! Never mind I sometimes need to be PUSHED out of my comfort zone! ...and actually I was pretty happy with my attempt- in fact I didn't even have to redo it at all which I was quite surprised about!- just had to fill in a couple of spots with my black marker pen. The background stamp is from Annabelle- it is Backgrounds by Design 1. The flower is my fave CAS rose from SU. This will be posted off to my sweet sister-in-law who has a birthday soon!

How very sweet Robyn! Its funny where you get inspiration from aye! :) A lady at Curves the other day had a gorgeous top on, with butterflies, so I got a friend to take a photo for me with her iPhone. Im still yet to create it, but its on the to do list! :)
You should be pretty happy with this card. I love it. The pattern looks vaguely familiar, as you say, from a little girls dress, but you have captured it beautifully,
I don't think you should worry about your expertise at background stamping, looks divine to me.
Lovely bright roses, they look great on the spotty background.
