Caseing Cassie

I was visiting Cassie's blog this afternoon and she had made a lovely card for the current Colour Q challenge (#125). See it HERE I really liked the colours for this challenge and I really liked Cassie's layout so I combined them to make this card using the "other" flower from the Fresh Vintage set which had not seen ink yet. Here's a very sad story..... I am at home all alone on a Sunday afternoon instead of being in Ballarat visiting my son for his birthdayand going out for dinner as I am feeling "poorly" (as my UK friend Vicki would say!) and did not want to "share the germs"- So thanks for cheering me up Cass and Colour Q.
And...since this card is a Clean and Simple card made from "scraps" of white cardstock and a bit of old DSP from the depths of my stash.....I am also entering this in Less is More #56 - "Don't scrap it" as well
Edited to add- Oooops! Looks like I CASEd Vicki as well- her lovely entry must have been in the back of my mind as well!

Sorry to hear you are under the weather, Robyn, and had to miss the birhday celebrations. But you've certainly put your time alone to creative use with yet another beautiful card. Hope by now you are feeling better and have managed to stay cool. Love xx

This is a beautiful CAS card, Robyn, love that you used scraps, they make the best cards! So sorry you are not feeling 100%, but thanks for sharing with us on a Sunday at the ColourQ.

Your beautiful card caught my eye Robyn, and the funny thing is there is a quilt for sale on etsy using the exact same fabrics as your inspiration photo, and it has been in my Etsy favourites for some time now. Small world!

I hope you are feeling a bit less poorly now.
