I thought that I had made my last card for 2011 when I was unexpectedly inspired by this week's "Inspiration Challenge"(#316) on SCS. The challenge directed us to the "Urban Art Loft" site where I found this pic which immediately reminded me of some new DSP that I had bought recently. The plan is to use it for some new Wall Art for my lounge room but I also think it will be very useful for making masculine cards like this one. btw If you have trouble making masculine cards it would be a great idea to go to the Urban Loft Art site for some FABULOUS inspiration- I have only just started looking in their "abstract" section and have already found HEAPS of great ideas. This card will be sent to my BIL who has a birthday at the end of January which I ALWAYS somehow forget....this year the card is made....now just have to remember to post it on time!!So again, Happy New Year for tonight...hope 2012 is a great one for you!!

LOVE this card - so fab for a male. I have to make a 90th masculine birthday card which I am struggling with so I'm glad I stopped by for some inspiration - and thanks for the link to the website - I'll go and check it out.
