Well as I said in my previous post I loved Harriet's (DT) card and patchwork tree stamp so I decided to make my own patchwork trees by cutting out 4 tree shapes from different DSP's and then cutting each one into 4 sections and combining them in different combinations- So now I have 4 patchwork trees to make into Christmas cards. This is # 2. It uses this week's FTL # 169 at Clean and Simple Stamping which ironically is very similar to the Skipping Stones Design sketch that I used on my last card. I think I like this version better- the whisper white cardstock looks very crisp against the green of the tree. (IRL !!!) Once again there is bling at the top of the tree that does not show up in the photo- I think I am going to have to find a brighter spot to take my pics. The changing of the seasons seems to have changed the light available. I am also entering this in the Less is More challenge (#44) where this week it is a colour challenge using "Green" which IS just perfect for another much needed Christmas card to add to the list-Thanks!

This is a brilliant idea Robyn and a superb card.
The great thing is that you have several similar cards from the same making session.
I think I may have to case this one!
Thanks so much

I really love your patchwork tree and it looks great in that sketch too (which I couldn't work out at all!) Chrissie's right - it's perfect for batch-making too! Vx

Lovely patchwork card Robyn.
This will be a great way to use up those pieces that we hang onto just in case! Lovely design and colours Karen x
