I never thought of myself as a stubborn person until I started stamping and doing challenges!
DH has probably been telling me this for years Lol!! but I suddenly realised that if I could not figure out a way... or something wasn't right ....-it was impossible for me to let it go and rest until I had found a way or fixed the problem.!!
And so it was with the Mother's Day card that I made last week- that leaf bugged me SO much (and despite some helpful comments)-I could not find a solution that worked for reverse stamping. So, undeterred, I ripped off the offending leaf and cut out a new one using another part of the stamp image. I should have been more gentle because in the process I ripped the card stock under the flower and so had to stamp another flower image to cover up that mess!! Anyway FINALLY I came up with something that let my poor brain rest at last....
I also made another version to send to my own mum in colours I think she would prefer and added a crimped strip which I know she likes.
Hope your Mother's Day preparations are going a bit smoother than mine!!

Love both card Robyn, particularly the colours in the first. I am sure your Mum will love it.
I love the original card and this version is pretty too. The crimped strip looks lovely under the twine.
Well done...your cards are beautiful! No wonder non-crafty people think we are all a bit crazy!
