Less is More challenge # 5 is now on! It is to use pastel colours. I immediately think of the "Botanical Blooms" set when I think of soft romantic colours so that is what I got out for this card. The pastel colours that I chose are Pretty in Pink/So Saffron/Certainly Celery and Bashful Blue and I have used Andrea's Simply Saturday Sketch # 6 for the layout of my card. The butterflies were not in the original plan but were an "embellishment opportunity" that arose when I made a smudge by mistake! I then had to add another one to balance out the card- but I think they fit quite nicely! Now that I see it up on the screen I might redo the sentiment in Bashful Blue- it is a little pale and hard to see in pink.

Superb creation . Love your embellishing opportunity save .
I think that butterflies are a great asset when it comes to blob coverage... I have used them many times for just such a reason.
I have wondered about this stamp set, but I still don't own it...maybe I should get it after seeing your card!
Thanks again Robyn and we hope to see you next time!
I think the sentiment's fine in pink by the way! The mount matches the pink matting and the sentiment matches the mount... so there you go!

A fabulous card - off to have a sort out in my stamp sets - sure I've got this one somewhere
What a beautiful card! I love the butterflies...they add the perfect touch!
Very soft and pretty, I may have to have a go at the pastel colours not something I normally do but it looks so nice.

I love pastels and your take on these colors is gorgeous :). Love the butterflies; they are the perfect addition :)Gorgeous card!
Your flowers look like tissue paper so delicate. Lovely card. x
I love this Robyn! How lucky that your blob turned up in the perfect place for the butterflies! (Mine always happen in a completely unusable place and usually when I'm on a deadline!)
How gorgeous Robyn! LOVE it :)
