Help I'm going off the edge!!

While I am a bit stressed out by the fact that my daughter's wedding is now less than 3 weeks away ( YIKES!!)- it is not that which is making me go " off the edge" It is this week's Less is More Challenge #6 which is to make a one layer card but also to have an image or images stamped to go "off the edge" of the page. I chose to use Bliss for my card putting the beautiful background stamp off the edge in different directions to provide a swirly frame for my butterflies. I am happy to have been challenged to do this because , although I love "Bliss" .. I do find it a bit limited in how it can be used and I am pleased to have discovered this variation! I experimented a bit with my colour combos but finally settled on this one using "Bordering Blue" and "Night of Navy". You need a stamp-a-majig and lots of patience to make this card- this is my 4th attempt!!

PS I am sending this card to a fellow crafter, Katie Renz in Washington USA. You can read about her brave fight against cancer Here.

I'm not sure what's going on here but your post has not been updated on my " blogs I follow " list . Thanks for comment on my post for today , Robyn. Love the set too and your random stamping of swirls does make just the perfect frame for Butterflies .Good luck with challenge

It's great to visit blogs and recognise the faces of participants to our challenge, we are really grateful for the support.
This is a fab card Robyn. 'Random' stamping is not as easy as it appears and this has worked really well.
Thanks for joining us yet again. Chrissie
