Bravo Vanilla Kraft

Really loved the colours for CC 244 on SCS this week! They were Very Vanilla/Kraft and Bravo Burgundy. It is a fab combo don't you think and has inspired some beautiful cards in the gallery if you get a chance to look (Search CC244 ) So I made another 2 cards. (There are some benefits in having a husband who works shift!)
I thought that the colours would work really well for an elegant style Christmas card so I made one inspired by a card I saw in the Cathedral Gift shop in Cathedral Square, Christchurch (on our recent New Zealand holiday) -btw the Blueberry Muffins in their cafe are the best in NZ!!
The layout I have used is a CASE of one of my own cards from this time last year- (good to see that my stamping skills have improved a lot since then! LOL)
The second is also a CASE of one of my own cards. I made the original for CAS40 on SCS a few days ago usng CPS sketch # 141. When my husband went back to work this week he found out that the mother of one of his workmates had passed away while we were away so he asked me if I could make a card for the family. I thought that the peaceful, elegant colours of CC244 would work for this occasion too.

Hi Robyn,

Long time no comments I know, I've been reading lots and watching tv with my hubby and getting online as much. I love the thinking of you card, I think you have done really well, it's always so hard to make a card for loss of a loved one abd yours looks very elegant.

Paula :)
