Sugar Shaker

Time for a new Cure for the Monday Blues challenge! This is #4.

I needed to make an engagement card for my niece and this pic gave me the colour motivation I needed as my niece is  really into  "rainbows" and I knew that I wanted to put multicolour hearts on her card.. I had seen a very cute idea for a "shaker card" on Donna's blog using washi tape to seal the edges of the plastic panel so I thought I would have a go at that using the coloured hearts.When I put all those things together this is what turned out.
