(The Ekka is the name for the Queensland Show which is held in Brisbane each year ..don't ask me why they call it that). Actually I should have also eaten the strawberry icecream which is also iconic to the show...but after the dagwood dog ...and the devonshire tea...and all the free samples in the food hall....there was no room for icecream...that will have to be next year!
So anyway this is the card I made for my lovely and sweet new friend and her husband who gave up their regular Tuesday dancing session to take me to the show and make me a Queenslander!
It uses the colours from Challenge #169 at Annabelle Stamps which... while not being my faves...Are the faves of my new friend -so it was perfect for her...!
