Well, there is a brand new CAS challenge around and it's called "CAS(E) this sketch" ! And challenge #1 ends in 13 hours (at time of writing this) so you had better hurry if you want to have a go too. Thanks Meadie for letting me know through your blog!
I made 2 cards- the first using the cute owl again from my new (to me) set called "Cute by the Inch"
The 2nd also uses an image from that set but it also uses the colours from the latest Annabelle "Say it with..." challenge- Olive /Mustard/Peach- pretty tricky colour combo I must say but I am quite happy with the end result- after LOTS of experimentation - SO out of practice ! Good thing life has slowed down enough now to give me a bit more crafting time! (Sorry about the photo quality....will try to get a better one in daylight!- the flower looks pink in the photo but is actually a colour called Calypso Coral and is pretty peachy!)
