Lacy

When I was at the craft market last weekend, my table was next to the table of a nice girl called Melissa. Now Melissa was selling a wide range of products but what caught my eye were some lace rosettes that she had made. When I got home I researched and experimented a bit and came up with my own version using my paper doiley stash...I liked them...but what to do with them? The sketch at Skipping Stones  this week (#127) again seemed right - it's simplicity was a good match for the lacy flower and this dry embossed piece of cardstock given to me by a stamping friend a while ago.(Thanks Lisa!) In the 2nd photo you can see the little strip of it I added to the inside of the card  too.
