The new year has inspired a creative streak for the unusual in me Lol!! Here's another card that you will understand better if you look at what inspired it.....HERE..
then scroll down to the provided pic. It is for this week's CAS challenge on SCS. The sketch card provided consisted of 3 panels overlayed with an image. I liked gabalot's more grungy version and so I used what I had to try to recreate her idea. I used my stripes stamp to make the panels with a combo of crumb cake/old olive and grey inks. The "favourite" was restamped on a scrap then raised up on a layer of torn grey cardstock to cover up a mistake !! but I like how it now highlights that word!! Then finished off with a paper pieced heart and a bit'o'bling!! I think it works as a "non - smooshy" valentines card for my "non-smooshy" Aussie fella! Oh ...and I only have one...(husband that is!!) Lol

Fabulous card Robyn...I'm sure he'll love it. Your cards are wonderful...keep them coming!
The 'favourite husband' sentiment is a brilliant idea for your non-smooshy fella Robyn and I love the way you've used the Solid Stripes stamp (one of my most-used stamps!) Vicky x
