One of my mother's favourite "sayings" as I was growing up was..."Blue and Green should never be seen unless there is a colour in between"! But I loved the blue and green colour combo and broke the "rule" at every opportunity!
That's why I jumped at the latest colour challenge at Cards and Things challenges because the beautiful colours chosen were night of navy/bashful blue and old olive...Woo hoo!!
So I used the colours together with a sketch from "Sunny Challenges and Creations" (#13) which I found by visiting Jean's blog. And again, here is my beautiful new Flower Fest stamp. I just love paper piecing with it and my new DSP that I won at Sue's catty launch.
The cheeky little girl in me wants to save this card to give to my mother for her next birthday....but since it will be her 90th- maybe I should be a bit more respectful !!

Wow, love where you have taken this challenge, if you don't want to give it to your mother, I'll take it.
