Sometimes I am so stubborn!! I just can't let go if I feel something is not quite right- this can be good.....or bad... depending on the situation !! (Just ask my DH Lol!) So tonight I just could not rest until I had another go at the "cake" inspiration card. Actually, when you look at them together, my two creations are not all that different from each other...but somehow this version seems lighter and prettier and more creative than the first one and I am happier with it- I still have not incorporated the "frill" aspect into the card but that's ok-CAS card makers are not known for their prowess with frills Lol! So that's it! - I promise there will be no more cake inspired cards and I will not revisit the Inspiration Challenge again....until next week that is !!

Less is more...and this is perfect. The soft shades and the combo wth white makes it even more gorgeous. Subtle and elegant; love it!

Hi Robyn, I love the clean and simple cards and this one is lovely in those colours. So elegant! I am still regretting selling that flower punch all that time ago!
