Well I DID clean up my craft space -Yeah me! (see previous post) and so was able to make this card today for FTL #123. It was going to be a birthday card for my daughter but as I was making it I had another idea for her (...so stay tuned for that one as her birthday is next week!!)
Now, If you are observant and are sure that you have seen this card somewhere before...well you are right! I have used almost the same materials that I used for my sister's birthday card last year (here).. just a different layout. My daughter and my youngest sister are very much alike and so I would choose the same colours and style for them both !!- (Isn't it funny how traits continue through the generations ! My son and my oldest brother are very similar too even though we live a long way from them and they have not spent a great deal of time together)
But I just LOVE this colour combo , and this DSP and this ribbon too and Best Wishes and More was my fave stamp set for 2010! Did you have a fave set last year? One that you used over and over? Would love to hear about it if you did.

Hi Robyn - Lovely card - I too love that DSP and was so sad that it was in for such a short time. I also too love that Rich Razzleberry colour.

Well done on your craft-room-clean-up, Robyn! But if you are like me...the challenge is to keep it tidy. Everytime I make a card it seems to get messy again! My fave set from 2010...hmmm...that's hard...probably 'Friends 24-7'. I love the bird and the flourish. Thanks for your encouragement, too, re my blog...really appreciate it:)
I will never tire of this colours combo and I'm a big fan of Best wishes and More too. But for me, Autumn Splendor was the set of 2010 and I certainly didn't stop at using it in the Autumn!

Oh Robyn, I have about a 12" square on my desk to create on right now ! Truly I have tried to tidy my room but I get so far then have a cardmaking marathon and I'm back to square 1 again . Well I figure it's not life threatening so no worries!
