Its the 1st of December.......

Well ...its the 1st of December.....and the question of the day is.....Did I achieve my "2010 Challenge" goal of making 50 Christmas cards by 1st December 2010 using the Fall to Layouts at the Clean and Simple stamping blog???
Sadly....no !! My result was 30. I almost cheated by sitting down and making a whole pile in the last few days...but the whole point of doing the challenge was so that I wouldn't have to mass produce cards in November so I decided there was not much point in doing that. Still I am ahead of where I usually am in making my Christmas cards and if you count the Christmas cards I have also made this year using other layouts and challenges I actually have 40 cards ready for Christmas 2010!!.
I have also had fun sharing the challenge this year with Shirley Ann and Sue who also joined in with me. Congratulations must go to Shirley Ann who actually achieved the goal of making her 50 cards- a week ahead of the time even though her husband got very sick.!! Thanks also to Sue who finished with 26 cards...hope you both had fun and feel a little better prepared for Christmas this year!
I might try to do the same next year but next time I don't think I will restrict the layouts that I use so much......it tended to stifle my creativity a bit too much I think...Maybe you will join in for 2011 ???
