Forgot to post this one! Better late than never!The CAS23 challenge on SCS last week was an interesting one... We were encouraged to visit the Art for sale at www.art.com and use one of them as the inspiration for our own Clean and Simple "work of art". I chose one called "fuchsia lotus blossoms"
This card was what I created from that inspiration . A bit different from the picture but the lotus flowers immediately reminded me of my fave "Bodacious Bouquet" stamp set. I used a colour combo of Whisper White/Basic Black/ Pink Passion and Pixie Pink. The sentiment is from "Fresh cuts". The layout that I have used is last week's Saturday sketch 107 from the Stamping 411 site. (minus a few layers to more fit in with the clean and simple style)
I have a very beautiful and stylish niece who is turning 20 (!!) this month so I think this is the perfect card to send to her.........
