Another Colour Challenge inspired me today!. This one required you to use Rose Red , Black and Kraft. I didn't have any Kraft (do we have it in Australia?) but you were allowed to substitute with Creamy Caramel. The rose is from Julie Buhler- there is a tutorial on her blog (msg me for details) I had been waiting for a suitable card to use the rose with- Krafty Black Roses seemed like the perfect opportunity. I have put a black brad in the centre of my rose to tie in with the challenge colours - but a "Pretties" half pearl looks beautiful too. The top picture is my "Blitzed"version- When I saw my photo on the screen I realised that the panel under the rose would have looked better if I had torn the edge of that piece too. I also added a little black "petticoat" peeping out. Finally happy with this one...maybe now I can get some housework done!....
